Licotriz: A solution for postoperative recovery of high-grade uterine leiomyosarcoma
Adequate postoperative treatment is of vital importance in High-Grade Uterine Leiomyosarcoma.
Uterine leiomyoma is a commonly encountered benign tumor formation, while its malignant counterpart, High-Grade Uterine Leiomyosarcoma, is characterized by being a rare and highly aggressive condition. Surgery is one of the main treatment modalities for this type of tumor, which often leaves significant scars on patients, both physically and emotionally.
I would like to introduce a specific case that highlights the importance of adequate postoperative treatment.
A patient was diagnosed with High-Grade Uterine Leiomyosarcoma and, after a successful surgical intervention, she faced the challenge of managing a considerable scar in the abdominal region. Being aware of the properties of Licotriz , specially designed for the care and treatment of high-grade oncological post-surgical injuries and wounds, it was decided to apply it in her recovery process.
From the first week of daily treatment with Licotriz, a noticeable decrease in redness and inflammation around the scar could be observed. Licotriz, thanks to its multifunctional composition that acts as an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, offered promising results from the first days. Over the course of the first few months, following the recommended protocol of extending its application at least for this period, the scar had softened and lightened considerably.
This particular case not only highlights the effectiveness of Licotriz as an intensive regenerator of post-surgical wounds, but also reinforces our positive clinical experience with the product. It is noteworthy that Licotriz has also been a valuable ally during chemotherapy treatments, offering relief and support at times when patients need it most.
