How did the Olivolea project come about? What inspired you to take the plunge?

My profession as a pharmacist and the specialization in Dermopharmacy were the beginnings of a project that I presented years ago when I finished a Senior Business Management program and that I always wanted to carry out.

My daughter Marta's pregnancy was the ideal time to use products I made where, in addition to being natural and formulated with the properties I was looking for, I felt calm and confident that they would be suitable for my skin and my baby's skin.

Being a mother made me appreciate the responsibility of building the life I really want to lead and the need to learn to value the balance between personal and professional life.

Starting a business project like Olivolea is probably related to that part of me that likes to face new challenges. Having the chance to design a project and lead its execution is a great opportunity, sometimes unique in your career, and at the same time it is an exercise of great responsibility.

What part of your character has been decisive in bringing the Olivolea project forward?

The illusion and possibly being perseverant and constant in many aspects of my life.
Demanding and firm but I consider myself a sensitive and emotional woman.
Passionate about my work and committed, I am highly motivated by the feeling of a job well done.
